[Hiring] Key Account & Business Development Manager @Garant Group

Role Description

To strengthen our presence in Germany and the Benelux region, we are looking for a Key Account & Business Development Manager with strong hunting capabilities and maritime experience.

• Develop and grow key accounts with ship managers and owners
• Actively acquire new customers and framework agreements
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to contract
• Work closely with technical and operational teams
• Travel regularly within Germany and Benelux

Qualifications

• MARITIME BUSINESS experience in B2B sales or business development, or experience in technical, operational, or supply role within ship management industry (MUST)
• Fluent German and very good English language skills (Speaking, writing, understanding)
• Proven ability to win new business and manage key accounts
• Maritime clients networking and partnership experience and portfolio (Advantage)
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

• Base salary from €80,000 gross per year
• Performance-based variable compensation of 30%
• (OTE approx. €100,000+ at target achievement)
