Role Description

This role is ideal for a customer-oriented, negotiation-savvy, and team-oriented individual who understands how to increase, develop, and retain the existing customer base, primarily through remote communication (videoconferences), to ensure continuous follow-up and ongoing evaluation of customer needs and requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or a related field
• English level B1 (preferred)

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in air cargo sales, shipping logistics, or customer service within the airline or freight forwarding industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• IATA certification (preferred)
• Experience using Salesforce or another sales CRM (preferred)
