Role Description

The Industry Partnership Manager ensures the development, growth, and management of key aviation industry partnerships across Cotulla Education’s aviation campuses. This role is responsible for cultivating and expanding national and multi-campus employer relationships, driving enterprise hiring pipelines, and generating employer investment opportunities that strengthen workforce alignment and institutional growth.

As a member of the Partnerships team, the Industry Partnership Manager:

• Defines account tier strategy.
• Advances vertical partnership initiatives.
• Identifies new revenue and expansion opportunities within the aerospace sector.
• Serves as the primary enterprise-facing representative for designated industry partners.
• Collaborates with campus leadership teams to ensure consistent and effective campus-level benefit.

Through strategic relationship management, market intelligence, and disciplined planning, the Industry Partnership Manager enhances Cotulla Education’s industry presence, employer value proposition, and long-term workforce partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Workforce Development, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in aviation industry partnerships, workforce development, employer engagement, or business development within the aviation sector.
• Demonstrated success managing strategic employer relationships and expanding multi-site or national accounts.
• Experience developing partnership proposals, workforce initiatives, or employer-sponsored programs aligned to institutional or organizational growth objectives.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed, multi-campus environment without direct supervisory authority.
• Proven ability to analyze market trends, workforce demands, and account performance data to inform strategic decisions.
• Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, compliance-oriented educational or workforce environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and executive presence when representing the institution externally.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple strategic accounts and initiatives simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40–50% as required for employer and campus engagement.
