Role Description

This role involves managing and qualifying warm inbound leads for a fast-growing SaaS company.

• No cold calling, cold emailing, or outbound list building
• Focus on consistent follow-up, qualification, and converting interest into meetings for the sales team
• Own the follow-up process across different touchpoints
• Keep CRM data clean and updated
• Track performance against conversion KPIs
• Experiment with new approaches if current ones are not working
• Collaborate with sales and growth in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications

• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Experience working with a CRM
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Proactive mindset and ownership of results
• Ability to work independently in small teams
