Role Description
This role involves being a top performing sales professional focused on high ticket sales. Responsibilities include:
- Taking inbound scheduled sales calls generated from marketing efforts
- Managing your pipeline and maximizing revenue by generating sales
- Following the WFS proprietary selling framework
- Engaging in deep question-led discovery dialogue to identify challenges and pain points
- Building and maintaining relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach
- Delivering persuasive sales presentations via Zoom
- Achieving or exceeding sales quotas and targets
- Adhering to CRM best practices for tracking and managing sales activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for a seamless sales process
- Displaying WFS core values to contribute to a high performance culture
Qualifications
- 2 years of previous experience in high ticket sales or consultative sales process
- Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent people skills with the ability to create rapport
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Requirements
- Must be a top producer/top earner
- Extensive experience in phone/Zoom sales
- Hungry with tenacity, not a lazy closer
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to every room
- Strategic individual who enjoys the sales process
- Extremely coachable and disciplined
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced sales environment
- Advanced sales experience
