Role Description

The Case Manager (Sales Closer) plays a vital role in helping people access life-improving natural healthcare.

• Guide prospective patients through their decision-making process
• Help them overcome financial barriers that may prevent them from receiving care
• Contribute to expanding the clinic’s mission and impact

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective phone and video consultations with prospective patients/clients
• Help prospects fully understand their health challenges
• Guide them to take action and move forward with the doctor-recommended plans, products, tests, and/or services
• Ensure patients you assisted are happy, successful, and thriving on their care plans
• Consistently follow up with prospects who did not initially purchase
• Commit to ongoing training to continuously improve your skills
• Support additional sales-oriented activities such as new product or service promotions

Qualifications

• 100% remote role
• Fully functional computer and reliable Wi-Fi required
• Computer must be password protected to ensure HIPAA compliance

Training Program

• Phase 1: 1-Week Intensive Training - May require early starts, late availability, or weekend hours, designed to get you fully prepared as quickly as possible
• Phase 2: 2-Week Follow-Up Training - Less intensive, with occasional hours outside regular shifts for fine-tuning
• Phase 3: Ongoing Training - Continuous learning during normal work hours, includes online video and written courses, one-on-one coaching with your Sales Manager, group meetings and team collaboration
