Role Description
This role involves working as an Assessment Coach for a high-ticket SDR position in the fitness and wellness industry.
- Engage with potential clients over the phone as the first point of contact.
- Dedicate at least 40 hours per week to leads provided.
- Utilize technology tools such as Google Suite, OpenPhone, Trello CRM, Calendly, DocuSign, and Zoom.
- Communicate effectively and maintain a personable demeanor.
- Possess sufficient knowledge in fitness and nutrition (certification not required).
- Schedule appointments for Fitness Consultations with Account Executives.
- Follow up with existing leads and manage them through the CRM pipeline.
- Participate in weekly meetings, trainings, and pipeline reviews.
Qualifications
- Exceptional presence and communication skills.
- Ability to work late evenings (3pm - 10pm).
- Experience in a high-ticket SDR role is preferred.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
- High knowledge in fitness and nutrition is advantageous.
Requirements
- Motivated by a pay structure that rewards performance.

- Desire to influence the growth of a new business.
Benefits
- Hourly pay of $10/hour for full-time, 40 hours per week.
- 3% commission on scheduled deals, ranging from $760 - $12,500.
- $10 bonus for each lead that shows up to their appointment.
- 1099 Independent Contractor role (responsible for own taxes).
