Role Description

We are looking for a Head of Sales & Key Account Manager – Iberia to drive our expansion across Spain and Portugal. This is a high-ownership, market-building role combining new business generation (≈70%) with strategic account growth (≈30%). You will be responsible for building the Iberian market from the ground up—creating pipeline, closing enterprise deals, and expanding key accounts. This is not a traditional sales role; it requires education-led selling and the ability to create demand, not just convert it.

What You’ll Do

  • New Business Development (≈70%)
    • Build and own the Iberia pipeline from near-zero to a scalable revenue engine
    • Identify, target, and close enterprise opportunities across Spain and Portugal
    • Lead the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to negotiation and closing
    • Engage and influence C-level stakeholders across key industries
    • Position C-MORE as a strategic solution for ESG, risk, and performance
  • Key Account Management (≈30%)
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Iberian clients
    • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
    • Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
    • Act as a strategic advisor aligned with client priorities
  • Market Building & Strategy
    • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Iberia
    • Provide continuous feedback on market needs, messaging, and positioning
    • Represent C-MORE in key ecosystems, events, and strategic conversations

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (SaaS, data, ESG, or similar)
  • Strong hunter profile, with proven ability to generate and close new business
  • Experience in building or scaling a market/territory from near-zero
  • Track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
  • Ability to sell through education, insight, and consultative approaches
  • Experience managing and growing key accounts
  • Strong ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the Iberian market (Spain & Portugal)
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (mandatory)
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and ownership
