Role Description
This role involves driving sales and expanding wholesale for Mohala Eyewear.
- Build & manage a nationwide sales team to get into 200+ new retail accounts across the U.S.
- Motivate & lead a commission-based team to maximize performance.
- Grow partnership with Nordstrom—run successful trunk shows, analyze sales data, drive reorders, onboard/train account specialists, and expand into new markets.
- Oversee the Events Manager to ensure events are well-executed and hitting sales targets.
- Research, plan, and run trade shows—from setup to follow-ups that land new accounts.
- Seek out, pitch, and close new opportunities with relentless drive.
- Turn relationships into revenue, leveraging a sharp eye for high-potential partnerships.
- Execute on the company’s growth vision with determination and results-driven focus.
