Role Description
This role involves helping to bring the “go-to-market” strategy to life as a Growth Manager. It will blend business development and marketing aspects to establish brand presence.
- Manage pipeline and client acquisition
- Craft pitch strategy and narrative to win new business opportunities
The Day-to-Day:
- Vet opportunities, craft proposals, devise plans to win, and shepherd pitches from kickoff to closing
- Lead responses to client inquiries including RFIs and RFPs, capabilities presentations, client briefs, brainstorming sessions, and final proposals
- Conduct background research on new clients for smart recommendations and content
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure timelines are set, budgets tracked, and teams kept in sync
Qualifications
- At least three (3+) years in agency business development
- Bachelor’s Degree
