Role Description

As the GM of Growth & Operations at Level Sports, Inc., you will be responsible for scaling and leveraging the existing profitable foundation into an enterprise.

  • Own and be accountable for rapid growth and the business P&L.
  • Oversee and execute day-to-day operations, including inventory and supplier management, management of our warehouse and third-party logistics team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage all supplier relationships, including nylon turf production, rubber and plastic parts injection molding, woodworking, and more.
  • Own and develop the strategic vision of the business in coordination with the board of directors.
  • Drive numerous growth marketing initiatives to help drive business growth and learning, including paid media, organic, affiliate, influencer, and retention marketing.
  • Manage growth analytics to drive performance across all funnels.
  • Identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels and product expansions.

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise across all growth marketing areas, including paid media, organic and paid social, SEO, partnerships, growth product, and retention marketing.
  • Deep analytical and strategic expertise across growth modeling, funnel optimization, A/B testing, growth product, and digital marketing.
  • Analytical and data-driven background, with a proven ability to extract valuable insights and narratives from large data sets.
  • Demonstrated experience building businesses and leading teams of top performers.
  • Experience driving operational excellence at scale.
  • Experience working with physical product design and production, global supply chain management, and logistics is a strong plus.

  • For candidates located in New York, Washington, Colorado, California, and Illinois, the base salary range is $170,000 - $220,000 USD.
  • Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

Logistics

  • Fully remote work environment.
  • This role is full-time and must overlap with US ET for most of the workday.
  • This challenging opportunity demands a level of dedication beyond the standard 9 to 5.
