Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy AI-Powered Resume Writer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage AI tools and technology to create impactful, tailored resumes for clients.
- Use AI tools and software to create professional, results-driven resumes and career documents efficiently.
- Apply expertise in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition to align resumes with industry expectations.
- Ensure resumes are tailored to various industries, showcasing versatility and depth of understanding.
- Make quick, confident decisions to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations, ensuring deliverables are completed within a two-day turnaround.
- Maintain knowledge of current recruiting and hiring trends across multiple industries.
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in resume writing, coaching, HR, recruiting, recruiting sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools and an understanding of how to integrate technology into resume development.
- Strong familiarity with the recruiting and talent acquisition landscape, including working with hiring managers and gaining results.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Experience across multiple industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
