Role Description
This position is the top sales and marketing position with responsibility for the direction and management of the sales and marketing activities of the Micro Motion division – AMC Segment at Regal Rexnord.
- Develop and implement a global sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
- Participate in the annual strategic planning process and policy deployment process to set direction for the Sales and Marketing team.
- Develop KPIs for ensuring delivery on sales objectives both short term and long term to deliver organization's growth objectives.
- Develop effective model for field sales, applications engineering and customer service driving consistency while acknowledging cultural and regional differences.
- Drive a growth mindset in the teams to achieve 2x the market rate.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of sales and marketing professionals across various regions.
- Implement processes to collect market intelligence to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that effectively promote products and services globally.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on sales and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with product development, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt strategies to local markets while maintaining global brand consistency.
- Analyze results and adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement to create best in class processes using dashboards through effective use of SFDC and existing ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 12+ years of relevant experience
- 10+ years of sales & marketing experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years in a sales & marketing or similar leadership role
- High level of interpersonal skills and exposure to working with global teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of personal initiative and ownership of results
Requirements
- MBA or Advanced Degree (preferred)
- Experience in medical equipment and precision engineering components (preferred)
- Demonstrable track record of strong commercial leadership and achievement of sales goals (preferred)
- Experience with CRM and forecasting tools (preferred)
- Experience with concepts of 80/20 and Lean Management (preferred)
