Role Description

Your mission consists of two equally important parts:

• Build Supply
  • Identify and unlock new participant sources globally
  • Tap into communities, networks, and unconventional channels
  • Create referral loops and incentives
  • Go beyond platforms like Upwork — find supply where others aren’t looking
• Drive Delivery
  • Turn that supply into actual submissions
  • Ensure logs move every day
  • Hit deadlines and volume targets
  • Fix anything that slows things down

You’re not just bringing people in — you’re making sure the work gets done.

Qualifications

• Business Development (early-stage or scrappy environments)
• Growth / user acquisition
• Marketplace supply roles (drivers, couriers, hosts, etc.)
• Community-led growth
• Field ops with strong ownership

Requirements

• Knows how to open doors and create supply from scratch
• Is comfortable with ambiguity
• Moves fast and figures things out
• Doesn’t stop at “signed” — you care about execution and results

What Success Looks Like

• New participant pipelines opened across countries
• Logs that were stuck are now moving daily
• Strong volume coming from channels you built
• Deadlines hit because supply and execution both work

Not a Fit If

• You only want to hand off after sourcing
• You prefer structured environments with clear playbooks
• You’re not comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end
