[Hiring] German Presales Representative - Biotechnology @Teleperformance Spain

Role Description

This role involves working as a Presales Representative with a high level of German for Teleperformance Spain, representing a world-renowned leader in life sciences.

• Execute daily outbound phone calls and respond to emails regarding clients inquiries
• Detect and establish new business possibilities in the selected market area
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer care throughout the sales cycle
• Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Retain and grow the existing base of customers
• Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs

Qualifications

• Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or similar fields is considered an advantage
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand complex scientific concepts
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
• Previous sales experience in managing own sales funnels and being in close contact with clients
• Native level of German with an excellent English level (spoken & written) is required
• Previous experience with analytical instrumentation sales (CMR) and Microsoft Office are desirable
• Able to multitask and stay detail oriented
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
• Motivation & personality seeking customer satisfaction in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Experience working in a lab environment or in service sales
• Experience in a call centre environment performing outbound calls
