Role Description

Home Cash Holdings is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fundraiser to join our team! As a Fundraiser, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and researching potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Developing fundraising strategies to attract and retain donors.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with donors, including providing personalized communication and thanking them for their contributions.
• Planning and organizing fundraising events, such as galas, auctions, and charity walks.
• Creating and managing fundraising campaigns through various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and direct mail.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials for fundraising events and campaigns.
• Managing donor database and ensuring accurate and timely recording of donor information.
• Preparing and presenting reports on fundraising activities and progress to the management team.
• Staying updated with current trends and best practices in fundraising techniques and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully organizing and managing fundraising events and campaigns.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of fundraising software and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Passion for making a positive impact in the community.

Requirements

• Salary: $78,000-$123,000 per year.
