Role Description
This role involves building Nova’s outbound engine from scratch, focusing on getting quality meetings booked without closing deals.
- Owning top-of-funnel strategy
- Building lead lists (LinkedIn, Clay, Apollo, etc.)
- Crafting/testing outbound messaging
- Collaborating closely with founders
- Iterating fast and embracing startup chaos
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in B2B outbound / SDR / GTM
- Proven experience generating pipeline via cold outbound
- Strong writing and experimentation mindset
- Startup experience and autonomy-friendly brain
- Bonus: HRTech familiarity + tool nerd (Clay, Phantom, Lavender, etc.)
Requirements
- Experience generating pipeline through cold outbound (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience working in startups and building an outbound strategy that has driven great results
- Strong writing skills and intuition for what makes a message land
- Self-starter with a bias for action and experimentation
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity
- Bonus: familiarity with the HRTech / recruiting space
- Bonus: experience with outbound tools like Clay, PhantomBuster, Lavender, etc.

Compensation
