Role Description

Tenpoint Labs engineers content systems that dominate search and fuel organic growth. Modern buyers don't start with sales calls; they start with questions on Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, LinkedIn, and Reddit. Tenpoint ensures our customers become the definitive answer across this fragmented landscape. We work with B2B software companies ($750K+ ARR) to ensure they're discovered, cited, and chosen across Google, AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity), and social platforms.

We're not an agency. We're embedded partners who blend AI speed with human expertise to build content systems that continuously improve and compound growth. We are seeking a founding hire for our go-to-market (GTM) team. In this role, you will:

• Partner directly with the CEO on all revenue-generating activities and operational systems needed to scale from $2M+ ARR.
• Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation, execute sales activities, and build the operational backbone that turns leads into long-term customers.

Qualifications

• Startup DNA: Experience in early-stage environments where resources are tight and roles are fluid.
• Autonomous Execution: Ability to translate strategic objectives into tactical plans without constant oversight.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience With AI Tools: Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Nav, Instantly, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Lovable, Zapier, and others.
• Data Fluency: Comfortable working with sales and marketing data analytics tools.
• Process-Oriented Mindset: Natural inclination to think in systems and automate tasks.
• Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to navigate without a detailed roadmap and make judgment calls.

Requirements

• B2B sales experience, particularly in high-ticket services or SaaS (nice-to-have).
• Experience scaling a startup from zero to one (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with content marketing, SEO, or digital marketing ecosystems (nice-to-have).
• Understanding of B2B buying decisions and deal velocity (nice-to-have).
• Experience managing remote teams or contractors in an asynchronous environment (nice-to-have).
