Role Description

Als Finanzierungsberater:in Baufinanzierung berätst und betreust du unsere Vertriebspartner:innen bei Fragen und Themen rund um die Platzierung von Baufinanzierung auf unserer Plattform!

  • Begleitung des gesamten Prozesses einer Baufinanzierung von der Antragsstellung bis zur Genehmigung durch unsere Partnerbanken
  • Fokus auf die bestmögliche Lösung fĂĽr unsere Partner:innen auf der Plattform finden
  • Optimierung der Struktur und Daten eines Vorgangs
  • Ăśberwachung der Einreichungsqualität und kompetente Ansprechperson fĂĽr Vertriebspartner:innen
  • Aufbau einer erfolgreichen Geschäftsbeziehung durch regelmäßigen, proaktiven Austausch mit Vertriebspartner:innen

Qualifications

  • Fundierte Erfahrungen in der Privatkunden- oder Finanzdienstleiterbetreuung
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Bankkaufmann/-frau oder formal sachkundig nach §34i GewO
  • Kennen der Antragsstrecke von Baufinanzierung ĂĽber eine Finanzierungsplattform
  • Begeisterung fĂĽr Immobilien und Serviceorientierung
  • Ehrgeizig, aber kein:e Einzelkämpfer:in mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und unternehmerischem Denken
