Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Service, Support & Optimization
  • Betreuung von Cloud- und On-Premise-IT-Kommunikationslösungen
  • Remote Support und Fehleranalyse in modernen IT-Kommunikationsinfrastrukturen
  • Konfiguration & individuelle Anpassung von Kundenlösungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden zur Absicherung & Weiterentwicklung ihrer Infrastruktur
  • Projektbasierte Arbeiten & Implementierung
  • Technische Beratung und Umsetzung individueller IT-Kommunikationslösungen
  • Implementierung & Betreuung von Omnichannel-Kommunikationslösungen
  • Anbindung verschiedener Kommunikationskanäle an CRM-Systeme (z. B. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb als technischer Ansprechpartner
  • Schulungen & Einweisungen für Kunden bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Lösungen
  • Direkte Kommunikation mit Herstellern & Partnern zur Umsetzung spezifischer Anforderungen

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbares
  • Praktische Erfahrungen in IT und Kommunikationslösungen von Vorteil
  • Solide IT-Kenntnisse aus Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Grundlegende Erfahrungen mit Netzwerktechnik und Routing
  • Interesse an modernen Cloud- & Kommunikationslösungen
  • Erfahrung mit Omnichannel-Plattformen & CRM-Integration (vorteilhaft)
  • Kenntnisse in API-Anbindung & Cloud-Integrationen (vorteilhaft)
  • Fachwissen in IT-Security & Netzwerktracing (z. B. Wireshark) (vorteilhaft)
