Role Description

As a Field Sales Manager, you will take on a proactive role and work directly with the sales teams in various branches to ensure they are well-trained and performing according to company standards.

  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with partners' management and staff
  • Developing the business and bringing in new partners
  • Monitoring the implementation of the strategy, sales performance and agreements in the branches
  • Developing and delivering comprehensive on-site sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on sales performance and training effectiveness
  • Conduct regular field visits

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and product training
  • Proven experience in sales training or a related field
  • Work experience in large international retail companies (Coca-Cola, Nestle, Mondelez, PepsiCo, Danone etc.)
  • Willingness to travel to various sales points as required
  • English B1+
  • Turkish C2

Requirements

  • Experience of working or studying in an English speaking environment (will be a plus)
