Role Description
As an Account Manager, you will take on a proactive role and work directly with the sales teams in various branches to ensure they are well-trained and performing according to company standards.
- Acting as the main point of contact for B2B clients (car rental companies), building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Participating in presentations of the company’s products and services to potential and existing clients
- Providing training and support to clients on how to use the products and services effectively
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the needs of our clients are met
- Monitoring and analyzing sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Achieving B2B sales targets, developing and implementing strategies to reach sales goals
- Establishing relationships with potential customers and support them in the deal process
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role
- Experience in the car rental market or similar (car dealers, tires, etc.)
- Willingness to travel to various sales points as required
- English B1+
- Turkish C2
