Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the successful delivery of technology solutions. In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure the project's objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and challenges
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
- Act as the main point of contact for our clients and provide regular updates to clients
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure project teams have the necessary tools and support
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and providing regular financial updates
- Enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including action items and project status reports
- Regularly travel within the MENA region as required to collaborate with on-site teams and support project needs
Qualifications
- University Degree in Engineering or related field, MBA or master’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience managing complex technology projects, preferably in the FinTech industry
- Strong understanding of financial services and technology trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success
- Solid knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- PMP certification is a plus
- Fluent English in both verbal and written communication, Arabic is a plus
- Willingness and ability to regularly visit our clients for project-related activities
