Role Description
Join the dynamic Eurofins Electrical & Electronic UK Limited team and contribute directly to our customers' development of new products and cutting-edge technologies in electrical engineering.
- Support our Sales and Management teams, providing excellent customer account management and ongoing world-class customer care.
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and a robust problem-solving mindset.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Coordinate and execute the sales process, from enquiry to order, ensuring a customer-first experience.
- Build customer relationships and maximize opportunities to cross-sell all of Eurofins Electrical & Electronic UK services.
Qualifications
- Experience in CRM use, customer care, scheduling, and project management.
- Drive and passion to create a great customer experience.
