Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our TuxCare Sales Team. This role will focus on selling AlmaLinux Support and FIPS compliance solutions to enterprise clients.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and engage enterprise prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in potential client organizations.
  • Promote and sell AlmaLinux Support and ESU-FIPS solutions to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the technical needs and security requirements of enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and solution alignment.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system and generate regular sales reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Become a member of and contributor to the Almalinux OS foundation and an AlmaLinux evangelist.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in Linux support, security, or a related technical field.
  • Prior experience selling similar offerings at RedHat, CIQ, Ubuntu, Suse, or similar companies offering enterprise Linux support is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a technical B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of Linux-based operating systems and FIPS compliance requirements within Large Enterprise.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a global team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Technical acumen to understand and communicate the value of our support offerings effectively and against competitive offerings.
