Role Description
At Redefining Strength, we’re looking for a high-performing Program Advisor who’s more than a closer. This role involves:
- Have Real Conversations: Speak with women on the phone, hosting 45-minute conversations to help them decide if Redefining Strength is the right program for them.
- Close With Confidence: Use our proven system to enroll qualified leads into our high-ticket VIP program. Remove barriers and guide them to a clear decision.
- Own Your Results: This role is performance-based. Your hustle, your heart, your results = your paycheck. Expected to hit and surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Manage Leads: This is an inbound role. Calls will be scheduled on your calendar, but you will be expected to follow up and keep an organized pipeline.
- Show Up: Stay sharp on our offering, align every sale with our mission, and maintain a professional presence every time you show up for a call.
Qualifications
- Fitness Closing Experience: Must have experience closing a high-ticket ($2K+) fitness offer before.
- Belief: Need belief in yourself—that you can help women transform their lives. Belief that what we offer is truly transformational.
- High Performer: Ability to excel in a high-pressure, emotional role.
