Role Description

Due to rapid growth across North America, we are seeking a results-oriented Educational Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves:

• Leading consultations with prospective families, using a discovery-based approach to align our programs with their educational goals.
• Proactively managing inbound leads within Hubspot, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates from inquiry to consultation.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly enrollment quotas for both new and returning families.
• Identifying and forging high-value partnerships with businesses and organizations to create new lead-generation channels.
• Collaborating with Marketing teams to optimize lead quality and identify untapped distribution channels in the US and Canadian markets.
• Representing the school at industry expos, seminars, and public speaking engagements to drive brand awareness and lead flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable college or university.
• Demonstrated sales background (previous experience in "Admissions" is a plus, but a "Sales" track record is our priority).
• Comfort with high-volume outreach via video chat and phone.
• Familiarity with the US/UK private school landscape is an advantage but not required.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of proven success in a sales-heavy role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Master storyteller who can command a room (or a Zoom call) and distill complex information into a compelling "pitch."
• Enjoys the "hunt" of researching new markets and building partnerships.
• Comfortable working remotely and proficient in CRM workflows (ideally Hubspot).
• Passionate about the future of education and wants to use sales skills to change students' lives.
