Role Description

The Ecommerce Assistant will support the daily operations of our online retail business with a primary focus on Amazon marketplace management. This role involves:

• Maintaining product listings
• Optimizing content for search visibility
• Monitoring sales performance
• Ensuring inventory accuracy

The Ecommerce Assistant will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive performance across all ecommerce platforms, contributing to sales growth and enhanced customer experience. Additionally, they play a critical role in:

• Analyzing marketplace trends
• Responding to customer queries
• Assisting with promotional campaigns and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Amazon FBA/FBM and related tools
• Experience managing and optimizing Amazon product listings
• Proficiency with keyword research and SEO best practices for ecommerce
• Basic knowledge of Amazon advertising (PPC) platforms and strategies
• Ability to analyze data and present insights using Excel or similar tools
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Home Depot, or Lowes is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in ecommerce or online retail environment (1-2 years preferred)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

• Candidates must be located in the Philippines
• Duty Schedule: 40 Hours per Week, Mondays to Fridays, 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST
