THE PROJECT: STRATEGIC PIPELINE ACCELERATION

• Lead Generation: Proactively scout, qualify, and vet new business opportunities within the Dutch-speaking corporate sector.
• Strategic Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns and engineer personalized engagement sequences for C-level executives and business owners.
• Social Selling Mastery: Leverage advanced professional networking ecosystems to engage prospects and cultivate high-value industry relationships.
• Discovery & Consultation: Conduct initial diagnostic consultations to uncover client pain points, ensuring our premium services align perfectly with their strategic goals.
• Pipeline Management: Expertly navigate the sales funnel and maintain rigorous CRM documentation to ensure a seamless transition to the Account Executive team.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain a competitive edge by monitoring industry trends in the Netherlands and Belgium to position our solutions with authority.

Qualifications

• Linguistic Mastery: Native or C2-level proficiency in Dutch, complemented by a professional command of English (B2+).
• Professional Pedigree: A minimum of 1–2 years in Sales, Business Development, or high-level Telemarketing is mandatory.
• Digital Literacy: Solid experience with enterprise CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a sophisticated understanding of professional social media landscapes.
• Regional Presence: You must currently reside in Bulgaria or be prepared for immediate relocation.
• Sales Grit: A self-starting professional with the discipline to manage time effectively and maintain high motivation in a remote setting.
