[Hiring] Digital Sales Representative @ADP

Role Description

As a Digital Sales Associate, you will sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology.

• Serve as a consultative business partner introducing ADP's leading solutions to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more.
• Provide expert guidance and use your entrepreneurial spirit to build your book of business.
• Receive high-quality sales training to learn how to use the latest technology for success.
• Work independently and collaboratively to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
• Implement a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
• Cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Quick learner with new tools and technology.
• Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style.
• Ability to manage time and present ideas clearly.
• Continuous learner, always seeking improvement.
• Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship, or military experience.

Requirements

• Prior quota-carrying experience (bonus points).
• Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms (bonus points).
• Experience with video platforms (bonus points).
