• Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive client acquisition.

• Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress and optimizing engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, outreach tactics, and overall sales effectiveness.
• Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate campaign performance, conversion rates, and sales forecasts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers, guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
• Continuously explore new tools, tactics, and approaches to improve outbound sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Excel, Google Docs).
• Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and consultative selling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing or related industries, and adaptability to evolving sales methodologies, is a plus.
