Role Description

This role involves being a hands-on, data-driven CRM Manager to help scale our outreach engine and connect app developers with our acquisition team.

• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of mobile app developers through structured outbound outreach.
• Design, test, and iterate multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn messages, and other direct channels).
• Write clear, natural, native-level English messages that drive engagement and trust.
• Track, measure, and improve conversion rates across each funnel stage.
• Ensure CRM accuracy and visibility by maintaining all leads and notes in Pipedrive.
• Continuously analyze outreach performance and implement improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks, test new approaches, and scale what works.
• Deliver weekly reports on funnel status, metrics, and key insights.
• Work closely with the Acquisition Team to align on lead quality and handover.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to refine targeting and messaging.
• Share learnings and insights to improve the sourcing engine as a whole.

Qualifications

• Native-level English, especially written.
• 3+ years of experience in lead generation, deal sourcing, or outbound sales, ideally targeting mobile app developers and digital product founders.
• Proven ability to write engaging, conversion-driven outreach messages.
• Experience managing pipelines and reporting in Pipedrive.
• Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• Hands-on, analytical, and eager to learn and improve.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Experience engaging app developers or founders (bonus points).
• Familiarity with the mobile app or SaaS ecosystem (bonus points).
