[Hiring] Country Manager @CrowdStrike

Role Description

Reporting to the Vice President, SENA you will be responsible for leading the Enterprise Field Sales team across North Asia, including the delivery of profitable long-term revenue streams and the development of strong client, partner relationships and new business development, playing a vital role in the overall sales growth strategy across the region.

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the business to ensure increased and sustainable growth.
• Take direct and hands-on responsibility for the delivery of sales targets for the region as agreed.
• Rapidly gain acceptance within CrowdStrike as a strong sales leader.
• Quickly understand the potential and business benefits offered by CrowdStrike solutions.
• Determine the extent of business potential for CrowdStrike and ensure optimal utilization of sales and pre-sales resources.
• Build and develop strong channel partner and client relationships across the ANZ region.
• Take ultimate responsibility for client and partner satisfaction during and after client engagements.
• Contribute to the overall management of CrowdStrike in the region.
• Represent CrowdStrike externally through platform speaking, seminars, and local marketing programs.
• Manage successful, accurate sales forecasts to meet or exceed assigned revenue quota.
• Ensure teams have sufficient activity and opportunities to achieve quota.
• Lead an effective sales team while supporting them to maximize new business short-term revenue.
• Strong people development orientation, creating personal development opportunities for teams.

Qualifications

• Proven successful career in sales, sales management and/or general management within the cyber security arena.
• Outstanding people leadership and management expertise including coaching, mentoring, goal setting and performance management.
• First class track record of building a business based on solutions sold via channel partners and directly to major accounts.
• Ability to thrive in a sophisticated client engagement environment.
• Must have local in region experience, with an ability to lead individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Experience of leading, managing and growing a sales organisation on behalf of a US headquartered business.
• First class “hands-on” leadership skills combined with commercial acumen and a focus on the customer.
• Motivational, with proven people management, influencing and mentoring skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with strong presence and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
• Flexibility and openness in working with different nationalities and cultures.
• Strong decision maker; open, confident and persuasive.

Requirements

• Cyber Security industry experience.
• Track Record of Exceeding Growth in Complex Markets.
• Experience Driving Strategic GTM Transformations.
• Operational Sales Excellence: Experience implementing structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, Sandler).
• C-Suite Customer Engagement.
• Public Speaking and Thought Leadership.
