[Hiring] Corporate Vice President of Growth Operations @Infios

Role Description

This role involves leading and scaling the Growth Operations organization at Infios as the Corporate Vice President of Growth Operations (CVP). This leader will be responsible for:

• Driving Infios’ revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Providing strategic leadership across Growth Operations, aligning Marketing, Sales, Partner, and Customer Experience operations.
• Designing and implementing growth strategies, processes, tools, and operating cadences.
• Overseeing annual/quarterly operating planning and managing execution of critical cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Tracking KPIs and metrics, analyzing performance data, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Building, developing, and leading a high-performing Growth operations team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as Director and 5 years as a VP at a high tech company managing strategy and operations.
• Experience implementing go-to-market strategy and operational improvements.
• Strong communicator with the ability to work across functions as ‘one team’.
• Experience within a modern, cloud-native software business.
• Experience supporting executives within a global organization.

Requirements

• Measurable success in improving productivity, market coverage, and forecast accuracy.
• Ability to drive execution of critical cross-functional initiatives and transformation programs.
• Experience in managing recurring revenue business models.

Benefits

• Salary Range: 180-200K GBP or 200-220K EUR.
• Additional bonus commensurate to the level of the role in the organization.
