Role Description

Herrera Headhunters is recruiting a Closer for a fast-growing French company operating in the solar energy sector, looking for a complete sales professional — not just someone who takes calls, but someone who owns revenue. This role is for a salesperson who can prospect, qualify, and close. Someone comfortable selling solar solutions to both companies and individuals. Someone who doesn’t wait for deals — they create them, driving adoption of sustainable energy solutions.

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contract.
• Generate your own pipeline (outbound, LinkedIn, email, partnerships).
• Manage inbound leads and convert them efficiently.
• Run high-level discovery calls.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations.
• Handle complex objections with confidence.
• Negotiate and close high-ticket deals.
• Manage CRM and forecast accurately.
• Contribute to sales strategy and growth initiatives.

This is a revenue-driving position with direct impact on company growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven closing experience.
• Proven experience in selling solar energy contracts.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Strong outbound and self-sourcing capability.
• Track record of consistently exceeding targets.
• High emotional intelligence and negotiation skills.
• Ability to sell remotely via video calls.
• Fluent in French.
