Role Description

As a Clinical Growth Manager, you’ll lead efforts to grow our referral network of healthcare providers—from primary care to specialists—ensuring more patients access high-quality nutrition care.

• Build and nurture strong partnerships with referring clinicians
• Host in-person meetings and events
• Develop local go-to-market strategies in key markets
• Help people access life-changing care while amplifying Fay’s mission in the broader healthcare ecosystem

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health)
• Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly
• Confident leading in-person meetings and events to represent Fay in the field
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets
• Curious, resilient, and eager to grow with a fast-paced startup
• Deeply aligned with Fay’s mission to make nutrition care more accessible
