Role Description

This is a commercially responsible, client-facing role for someone who thrives on ownership and clarity. You’ll own not only the client relationships, but also client revenue, retention, and expansion end-to-end.

Success in this role means clients renew on time, expand budgets, and trust ATLAS as a long-term growth partner.

In this role, you will:

  • 🀝 Own a portfolio of B2B tech clients from onboarding to renewal
  • πŸš€ Lead structured client onboarding (ICP intake, assets, SalesOS setup, clean handovers)
  • 🧭 Host onboarding workshops, kick-off calls, and monthly strategic calls
  • πŸ“Š Translate performance metrics into clear recommendations, decisions, and actionable options
  • πŸ’¬ Challenge clients constructively, handle objections, and manage expectations with confidence and empathy
  • πŸ”„ Coordinate Growth & Ops handoffs cleanly and ensure delivery loops are closed
  • πŸ’Ό Own renewals end-to-end and close them on time
  • πŸ“ˆ Identify, shape, and close expansion / upsell opportunities with clear ROI
  • 🌟 Secure testimonials, case studies, and referrals once value is proven
  • 🧠 Keep CRM notes, next steps, and revenue visibility clean and up to date
  • πŸ›  Create and refine short SOPs and playbooks to scale what works
  • πŸ“Œ Facilitate ideation on new segments, angles, channels, and expansion opportunities
  • 🚨 Proactively flag risks, opportunities, and improvements via EOS

This is a full-time role, fully remote, with flexibility on location and hours and reasonable overlap with European business hours.

You’ll report directly to Fabio Re, CEO of ATLAS ANALYTICS. Fabio is an operator-CEO with nearly 20 years of experience building teams, scaling businesses, and owning full P&Ls.

He’s hands-on with onboarding and coaching - and a bit obsessed with operating systems, clean execution, and turning chaos into scalable playbooks.

Qualifications

  • βœ… 3+ years experience in Client Success, Account Management, AE, Consulting, or similar client-facing roles
  • βœ… Strong written and verbal English
  • βœ… Experience with B2B clients (SaaS, tech, or services) and senior decision-makers
  • βœ… Comfortable owning commercial conversations, including renewals, expansion, and objections
  • βœ… Strong organization, follow-through, and operational discipline
  • βœ… Comfort running calls and async communication (Loom, Slack, email)
  • βœ… Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
  • βœ… Sales-driven mindset with ownership of outcomes and proactive escalation

Requirements

  • ⭐ Background in outbound sales, lead generation, or growth environments
  • ⭐ Prior AE, SDR, or revenue-facing experience
  • ⭐ Experience with EOS / Traction or structured operating systems
  • ⭐ German language skills
  • ⭐ Process or ops mindset (enjoys documenting and improving workflows)
