Role Description

As a Client Partner, you’ll act as the strategic leader across the entire client lifecycle — from acquisition to account growth. This role blends consultative sales leadership with hands-on account management, and requires someone comfortable owning a book of business end-to-end.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in software delivery, business development, project management, and/or client success
  • Results-oriented leader with a consistent track record of closing and managing $5M+ in annual digital services revenue across the US and/or EU markets
  • Skilled across the full spectrum of consulting — from new business development to strategic account management
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, digital transformation, and emerging technologies
  • Executive presence and confidence in co-creating impactful solutions with C- and VP-level stakeholders
  • Value long-term client partnerships and focus on delivering lasting value over transactional wins

Requirements

  • Develop and drive growth on a selected territory in the US or EU in alignment with a target quota
  • Lead account delivery post-sale: become the trusted point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction, and unlocking new growth opportunities within the account
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships across innovative startups and Fortune 500 brands
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Intellectsoft, effectively positioning our capabilities, thought leadership, and solutions to solve client challenges
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, collaborating with Marketing and Delivery teams to maximize your territory impact
  • Drive contract and commercial negotiations, in close partnership with legal and finance
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand the Intellectsoft footprint across verticals, geographies, and service lines
  • Provide leadership and insight on client needs, contributing to product/service evolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams
