Role Description

This role involves leading capture management activities to win new business for the company.

Conceptualize a vision for winning and develop a capture plan.
Manage all Capture activities and the Capture team to achieve the company’s strategic vision.
Possess strong Capture expertise and proven industry leadership.
Lead a diverse and dispersed team during intense proposal schedules.
Understand Government customers’ needs and objectives.
Communicate the capture plan and status effectively across the capture team and to management.
Identify, research, and qualify potential teaming partners, subcontractors, and/or consultants.
Serve as an advocate of the company in the marketplace and with customers.

Qualifications

BA/BS Degree or higher required (or 10+ years of experience in a similar position in lieu of education).
Minimum 10 years’ experience in proposal development and capture management of DoD service contracts.
Experience as a proposal volume manager is a big plus.
Prior DoD experience in operations, maintenance, testing, training, or engineering is also a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
High proficiency with MS Office tools required.
Current Driver’s License required.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Must have a minimum DoD Secret security clearance or be able to achieve it prior to hire.

Requirements

Pass background screening including SSN, Driver Record, and Criminal Background Investigation.
