Role Description

NavVis, one of Germany’s hottest startups, is actively seeking dynamic and driven Business Development Specialists who are keen to shape the future of scaling revenue in our growing US teams.

  • Develop critical and creative sales skills from our thorough onboarding and ongoing upskilling opportunities.
  • Specialists in NavVis Reality Capture target personas.
  • Masters at both inbound and outbound qualification.
  • Prospecting and identifying new customers.
  • Uncovering pain points and sparking curiosity in potential clients.
  • Managing a holistic sales approach.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to help customers understand the value of NavVis products and services.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team as a strategic thought partner to share valuable front-line insights.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in B2B sales, marketing, and/or business development with successful experience within a fast-paced, goal-oriented company.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ambitious self-starter with an enthusiastic work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills.
  • Business fluent in written & spoken English.
  • Work Authorization for the US.
  • Passion for our technology!

Requirements

  • Great or creative ideas - don't hold back brilliant brainstorming on outreach initiatives or creative ways to improve our process.
  • Hunter mentality - ability to proactively engage, prospect, network through a variety of mediums.
  • Strong organizational abilities and aptitude to manage numerous requests concurrently while achieving regional goals.
  • Experience with CRM applications and strong process management skills.
