Role Description
Our client is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their sales team. This remote in the U.S. position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge AI and voice technology startup.
- Generate new leads through multithreading (cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach)
- Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas (meetings with decision-makers in a Mid-Market segment)
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, manage pipeline, and maintain client information
- Collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams to understand client needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of SaaS sales experience in an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B) in a BDR or similar outbound sales role
- Excellent proficiency in multithreading (cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ideally, experience selling AI Voice Technology to C-level executives and Directors in a Mid-Market segment
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship

Interviewing Process
- Level 1 - 20-min virtual interview with the GTM (In-depth interview)
- Level 2 - 30-min virtual interview with the CEO (In-depth interview)
- Level 3 - Case study (Take-home assignment + Feedback interview)
- Reference and Background Checks: conducted after successful interviews
- Job Offer: provided to the selected candidate
