Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team and be in charge of developing pipeline for the APJ Market, based from Singapore.
- Contribute to our rapid revenue growth as part of the Business Development Representative (BDR) team
- Generate qualified leads from both inbound and outbound sources
- Profile prospective clients and provide valuable feedback on sales and marketing campaigns
- Develop conversations into Sales Accepted Leads (SAL’s)
- Utilize a complete sales & prospecting tech stack provided for success
- Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program
- Develop a targeted list of prospects and qualify inbound leads
- Conduct lead generation activities following best practices
- Communicate Semperis’ value and offerings to prospects across a company’s I/T organization
- Partner with assigned Account Executives to develop your territory
- Consistently achieve assigned quotas and performance goals
- Update and maintain prospect information and sales activities on systems such as Outreach and Salesforce.com
- Provide Account Executives with detailed notes on prospect interactions
- Seek knowledge on industry best practices and Semperis product offerings
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B technology Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales experience
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Desire to learn and move up within a sales organization
- Fluent English Speaker
- Experience in APJ region specifically with Cybersecurity companies is a major plus
Requirements
- 2 openings - one is for Australian time zone and one where Bahasa and Thai is a plus
