Role Description

Ventrata is excited to announce we are recruiting for a passionate Sales Development Representative to drive new opportunities. Our product is changing the way tours and tickets are sold across the planet. This role will be integral to our growth trajectory. If you're excited about working in a fast-growth scale-up environment on cutting-edge products that can remove friction and maximize revenue opportunities in the leisure and tourism industries, then this is the role for you.

  • Deliver qualified demo meetings to the Sales Team that fit our target market
  • Work with your designated Sales Manager to develop and execute a territory action plan, developing a strong understanding of the market and competitive environment
  • Research & reach out to targeted prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads using a specified scoring system
  • Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pain points, and deliver Ventrata’s value proposition that clearly demonstrates how we create value for our clients
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness and drive inbound leads
  • Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and sent to the sales team in the CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM

Qualifications

  • Professional fluency in English, German, and French (minimum C1 level across all three)
  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience, with experience in a SaaS and/or ticketing a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills β€” both written and verbal β€” and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects
  • Disciplined and process-driven, whilst remaining resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure the message is resonating with potential customers
  • Ability to problem solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
  • Intrinsically motivated and highly resilient, you see a NO as an opportunity to grow and learn
  • Familiarity or ability to quickly learn sales and marketing systems and tools

Requirements

  • Must have: French and German language on C1 level
