[Hiring] Business Development Manager @GameChange Solar Corp

Role Description

GameChange Solar is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our North America market penetration strategy in the Distributed Generation Division.

• Build and maintain sales pipeline of distributed generation projects (1 MW - 20 MW)
• Target C&I customers and community solar developers
• Develop strategic partnerships with regional EPCs, developers, and project owners
• Track market activities, competitors, and strategic positioning
• Develop detailed customer personas and market penetration strategies
• Manage and maintain opportunities in the CRM system
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and supply chain teams
• Provide monthly pipeline reports and market intelligence updates to division leadership
• Strong work ethic and ability to self-start in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in distributed solar sales with a proven track record preferred
• Knowledge of engineering, finance, and marketing
• Must be self-directed and resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Salary: $70,000-$90,000 per year (plus sales commission)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Preference for East Coast–based candidates; however, remote applicants from other locations are welcome
