Role Description

  • Launch and manage outreach efforts via direct outreach, social media, email, and events to attract potential partners.
  • Create, maintain, and refine sales/partnership pipelines with consistent follow-ups and deal closures.
  • Grow and oversee regional/international partner networks, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and results.
  • Forge and sustain ties with key partners and premium clients to drive sustained growth.
  • Pitch company offerings, negotiate deals, and finalize partnership contracts.
  • Guide new partner onboarding, covering contracts, compliance, and program integration.
  • Team up with internal groups for smooth transitions and continuous partner support.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and demands to spot fresh opportunities.
  • Measure and report on KPIs like partner wins and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Fluent Spanish (C1 level, written and spoken) plus solid English (B2+).
  • 3+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships (ideally in high-pressure, goal-oriented sectors).
  • Solid grasp of partnership structures, client management, and growth tactics.
  • Track record in deal negotiation, closing, and relationship building.
  • Top-notch organization, communication, and analysis skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Hands-on with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline and metrics management.
  • Proven skill in chasing new opportunities.
  • Ready to travel and attend industry events as needed.
