As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their experience is positive and professional.
- Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints with care and efficiency.
- Conduct inbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers, generating new business and upselling products and services.
- Qualify and assess leads, transfer calls, and arrange appointments for the sales team.
- Schedule paid consultations for solicitors and follow up with leads and clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including a neutral accent.
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in CRM systems for accurate lead management.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in sales, particularly through telephone calls.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and listen attentively.
- Comfortable engaging with clients and guiding them to the right solutions.
- Ability to manage workload and client interactions efficiently.
- Willingness to go above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service.
