Role Description

This role involves driving business growth in the high-power power supply sector across the West Coast.

Actively prospect for new business opportunities in high-power power supply, open frame, and server power sectors.
Drive sales efforts targeting high-value customers in the power supply industry.
Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Utilize existing network and relationships with decision-makers at OEMs, VARs, and system integrators.
Leverage in-depth knowledge of high-power power supplies to consult with customers.
Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Work closely with internal teams - engineering, product management, and marketing.
Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years of sales experience in the high-power power supply industry.
Proven track record of success in selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
Strong understanding of high-power power supplies, open frames, and server power products.
Established relationships with key decision-makers in the power supply space.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to deliver complex technical presentations to diverse audiences.

Requirements

Location ideally based in the Bay Area (CA) or Washington State, with consideration for other West Coast locations.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%) for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
