[Hiring] Business Developer / Hotel Sourcing & Contracting @Voyage Privé

Role Description

As a Global Buyer you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of our Asia Team. Based in Bangkok, in Thailand, you’ll source and negotiate exclusive hotel deals for our members, delivering top-quality travel experiences and strong business results.

• Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across Thailand to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing and Content) to optimize campaign performance.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong hotel partnerships through regular meetings and calls.
• Expand our network of partners by pitching and onboarding new hotels.

Qualifications

• Proven 5 years' experience in contracting in Tour Operating / DMC / Hospitality / Beb Banks in Thailand.
• Excellent negotiation skills, ease in dealing with suppliers, and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of the market and contacts with key players in the Thai market.
• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
• Data-driven, structured, and always looking for ways to improve.
• Enjoy working in the field, with frequent travel in Thailand to be expected.
• Fluent in English - French is a plus.
