Role Description

We are seeking an experienced, talented, and motivated Sales Support Representative (Contact Center Setter) with a strong work ethic and an ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving business. This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associates in Nashville, TN, in accordance with company policy.

• Process inbound telephone calls and respond instantly to internet leads.
• Set in-home sale appointments for our Safety Specialists.
• Create sales opportunities to help seniors retrofit their homes to age in place.
• Make a high volume of outbound phone calls to consumers who submitted a web form for information on our products.
• Follow a systematized sales process to convert leads into in-home sales opportunities.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the lead-setting process.
• Collaborate with others and understand geography and lead-setting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an automated contact center is a must.
• Proven track record of success in selling over the phone, consultative sales, lead setting, or other relevant contact center experience.
• Exhibits superior technical skills and ability to task switch between omni-channel contact center software, a CRM, mapping tools, the Microsoft Office suite, and other cloud-based tools.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, strong grammar, spelling, and written skills.
• Strong understanding of North American geography.
• Comfortable with receiving coaching in an individual or team setting.
• Willingness to thrive in a remote work situation with 100% contact via video conference, instant messaging, and phone.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple software platforms during your workday.

Requirements

• Must be available to work Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday.
• Able to speak English and both French Canadian and Québecois French to support customers throughout Canada and the U.S.
