Role Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for:

Support our sales advisors and team in capturing and following up on leads.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering accurate information.
Develop long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers.
Learn about the immigration process and the services we offer.

Qualifications

You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in supervising sales, customer service, sale of services, sales by chat or call center sales.
You are a proactive, organized person with excellent communication skills.
Are you kind and empathetic?
Bilingual (Spanish-English)
You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
You have a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
